In need of a CQ Developer

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm in need of a CQ5 developer.  The company I work for has been developing a plug-in that has been quite successful with our clients, but we need additional development and support...it's pretty open ended.  Our current developer doesn't have the time to continue.  Is there a good place to find CQ developers?

Do you also need Adobe CQ5 admin?
