Our websites are loading images from two folders.

Location :1) /content/dam/xxx/article/images001.jpg

            2)   /content/dam/article/image002.jpg (images are not loading from this path)

From path 2 , images are not loading . We are getting images blank.

Can you please suggest the issue. Is any property or permission issue on particular folder.

Do you have Dispatcher installed?  If so -it could be an issue with Dispatcher:

Are you able to display image directly by invoking 2nd URL?

Any issues you see in error log or on firebug console?

If we hit the URL from author instance also few images are not loading .

But the images are their in that particular location. Still few images is not loading.

What causes this issue?

What do you mean "images are not loading"?

When you request the URL of the image, what HTTP status code does the response have? What MIME-Type? Is the size of the response body correct?

kind regards,
Jörg

Hello,

Are you able to see the images/details/renditions in DAM first?
