Image presets unavailable in Dynamic Media

Hello,

 

We are noticing an issue where Image presets created in AEM 6.5 and are not auto-publishing to Dynamic Media. 

We have tried recreating the Dynamic Media configurations, but no luck.

 

Please suggest if anyone has encountered a similar issue.

Hello @aanchal-sikka 
Kindly navigate to the Sample Asset Manager Diagnostic page 
https://localhost:4502/libs/dam/gui/content/s7dam/samplemanager/samplemanager.html.
and try the following :
1. Delete Preset Folder
2. Copy Presets to /conf
3. and finally - Trigger DM Setup Async job (to re-run the initial setup job, which does all the copying and then syncs to DM)

    Thanks @muskaanchandwani for the reply.

     

    The presets are available in /conf folder. 

    The option to run "DM Setup Async" is not available on https://localhost:4502/libs/dam/gui/content/s7dam/samplemanager/samplemanager.html.

    We are on AEM 6.5 SP 21

     

    Is there any other way to trigger this job?
