Icon picker icons not visible for non-admin users

we're using ACS icon picker on AEM cloud runtime.

We noticed that non-admin users are not seeing any icons in dialog picker.

Any thoughts ?

Check non-admin users have read access for /etc/acs-commons in useradmin
