 I have created Template ,that Template use in create page(custom page).so, here not able see that add user .pls let me know  where can I add .

Please check if you have permission to add/modfiy ACLs for the content.

There is an renderercondition at below which checks the permission

/libs/wcm/core/content/sites/properties/jcr:content/actions/addPermissions

I got that path but which one i select to get add users in pages(custom page) 

This is a default  page

this  is a custom page

I want default page option in custom

I would suggest to check your custom page, try inheriting(supertype) custom page from code or foundation page.
