which version of AEM are you on?

I experienced something similar way back in AEM 5.6. when I had the delete option disabled. Please refer to this blog KeEp cAlm & just cOdE it! : New Page/Site or Page Properties for a page disabled from siteadmin?  for the solution.

Please post any error messages that you see in the log - this is not normal functionality. An admin has access to deleting pages. Can you see the page in its proper place under /content/<your site>....

Hi Rima,

Thanks for your help, the provided solution is working fine, we have deleted the page (which dont have jcr node) now delete and properties are coming fine.

But now move (page rename) option is not working as expected and getting the error, please provide your input on this.

Can you elaborate the error you are getting?

Test this one a fresh install - you will see this is not the case. Something has happened to your AEM instance. This is why the error log is important in trying to determine whats the cause of this unusual behaviour.
