HTML5 Banners in 6.3

We are looking to implement the HTML5 banners/Images with aem 6.3

May i know what is the best approach to achieve  this requirement.

We may be using dynamic media.

All your help is appreciated.

YOu can write a Banner component using a HTL component and Bootstrap. See this AEM Community article that shows how to implement this use case -- Creating an Experience Manager Responsive Banner Component

If its just banner, i don't think you need dynamic media to achieve it

Use a javascript slideshow/carousel plugin and with authorable images via dialog
