hi team,

I have created one IMS configuration in AEM for Adobe Target (using Security -> Adobe IMS Configurations). Please let me know how it can be used in different environments. Suppose if I have two dev env, I need to use the same IMS config of target which is created in one of the env's.

IMS configs are mapped to a particular AEM instance and cannot be shared amongst instances. You will have to recreate the config on other instaces.
