How to use AnchorButton component from granite ? I am using AEM 6.4. I want to have link as a button so that author can have different link for different button on pages.I am struggling with how to write content.xml file in eclipse.

That component belongs to granite and more of works with config with any dialog. If its for a customer project, I would advise to build your own or take the reference from /apps/weretail/components/content/button
