How to transcript a page from English to any other language.

I'm using AEM 6.2. Can someone guide me, if there is a way to transcript a page from English to other languages like Hindi or so?

I tried these steps. The problem is I see a status of ready for review in translation job but I can find the only the English version of the page inside my language root inside sites. I tried adding Russian language.
