How to reset OOTB groups

Hi ,

While deploying the code from eclipse by mistakenly I have removed the OOTB groups (dam users, every one) from CQ. Is that any way to get them back with out creating new instance. I have tried to take a /home/groups from some other instance and installed to the instance it's is giving the error. Please help me to get it back.Thanks in advance.
