How to prevent the email triggering by DAM Update Asset and DAM MetaData Writeback workflow

Hi,

I have updated my email address to admin user.

Now on each Asset upload or any metadata update, I am getting emails.

If I don't want to receive such emails how to prevent it. I don't see any option is provided in the workflows to do that.

Any suggestions please. I am using AEM 6.1

You or someone might have configured a workflow in workflow launcher to send emails under the path you are changing or uploading..

We haven't customized any workflow to trigger a mail. But I think it is OOTB behavior. Need to know how to prevent that.
