How to get readable file content as api responce in assets?

when I am hitting above doc file asset api it is giving data in above format. How to get it in readable string.

For doc(x) you can use plain rendition, so you can try url like this http://localhost:4503/api/assets/closedaclcheck/UGC_AEM.docx/renditions/plain
