To get a developer or evaluation license for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), you need to contact Adobe directly. Here are the steps:

  1. Visit the Adobe Experience Manager product page on Adobe's website.

  2. Click on the "Contact Us" or "Request a Demo" button.

  3. Fill out the form with your details and specify that you're interested in a developer or evaluation license.

  4. An Adobe representative will get in touch with you to discuss your needs and guide you through the process.

Please note that Adobe does not provide free developer licenses for AEM. All licenses, including developer and evaluation licenses, are subject to Adobe's licensing terms and conditions.
