How to export newly added paragraph

Hi, there.

in the home page of our application I added meta navigation component as a new paragraph.

So now I need to export this paragraph to home page of the customer server.

I tried to do packaging and importing of that parargrach from jcr:content of the app in content folder , but it didn't work on the test server.

What is the right way to do it?

Yes - AEM supports exporting a single page. Create a package and in the Filter - select the single page under /content.

Basically exporting a paragraph is not at all supported in AEM.

As this is a home page , it has lot of child pages.

how i can export this page without including children?
