How to enable Image Presets in aem 6.5?

How to enable Image Presets in AEM 6.5?

Do we need to pay additionally to get this feature in aem 6.5.

Could you please give some advise on this

@Nesan  Image Presets will be available once Dynamic Media is enabled.
