How to create the project set up for AEM Hybrid CMS (Traditional + Headless)?

We are creating a AEM Hybrid CMS using AEM as Cloud model. So How to go ahead and create a single Maven Archtype which will work for Hybrid Model. I have created Headless Maven Arch type but could not able to get Traditional Template working. Any references or pointers here.
