How to add a specific font support in AEM

Hi,

We are using AEM5.6 in our application. As part of one of the requirement, we need to show the text in "Open Sans" font on UI. Below is the URL to get the details and supported files for this font: http://www.google.com/fonts#UsePlace:use/Collection:Open+Sans.

On windows 7, we downloaded the .ttf file and put that in folder locally and referenced in the code and it worked fine. But this will not work out for the web based application. We tried puttting the ttf file into a folder at CQ apps and other folders too and tried referencing but not able to refer and get that font.

So please update if there is any way at CQ level to add support for new fonts so that user should see such new fonts without any external dependencies.

Please update if more information is needed.

Thanks,

Vijay
