How to add a listener for Delete field in TOUCH UI Dialog

I have a requirement of populating field 2(drop down) values based on the user selection of field 1(drop down). This drop-down (field 1)is multiple selection field where author can select more than one values. I have a delete field associated with the field 1 drop-down. In dialog js, I need to have a listener specific to the value user selects to delete.

Can anyone help me out in this?
