How do we configure the 'time' what Purging of Workflow Instances ?

Here is a really good article on this subject written by an AEM cloud expert - Jayan Kandathil:

From this article, I found the configuration property that I was after - shceduledpurge.cron

But it looks like it is NOT supported in 6.0+ or there is a new name for it now.

Also, I notice that pre-66.0 documentation has this configuration is documented but the 6.0+ don't seem to have it

I need to change the time of the Workflow Purging and Version Purging activity.Can someone help me with that
