How can we create a user administration dashboard in AEM ?

Can AEM support reporting which can provide below details :

• User under particular group ?
• How many users are currently active/Inactive and in which group they are aligned with roles description

I don't believe that can be achieved using OOTB reports. You can check the OOTB user report at [1] and customize it as per your use case.
