How can I to open the restricted collection after signed-in ?

Hi There

I build the app with Sign-Single-On and set the colletion to be "restrict". I did not set up entitlement service.

Use Case:

After Sign-in successfully, I can see the restricted content .However ,when I click it, I see the error message "Content unavalibale"

Is there any way that can see and open the restricted content after Sign-in without entitlement service ?

Thanks.

Please follow below steps:

  • Look in the 2nd row top right, you will see Collections options.
  • Choose and get inside collection where you want to update user settings.
  • Once you in a specific collection, select the collection settings option as shown below:

  • Collection settings will give you a way to manage user access on that collection.

Also go through this link - https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/author/assets/managing-assets-touch-ui/managing-collections-touch-ui.html, its a nice step by step guide on how to create and manage collections.

Does the user that you used to sign in have permission to view this content?

Go to your collection settings and see users and their respective permissions configured on that Collection, only those uses will be allowed to access the collection and assets linked to it.
