Graphql endpoint option gone in tools after migrating from service pack 10 to 11

I was doing some testing on migrating from service pack 10 to 11, after doing so the endpoint option for graphql is gone. The actual page does still exist if I go through the URL. Also the endpoint does still work.

So nothing functional is broken but this is less than ideal. Has anyone ells encounter this problem or has the option simply been moved and I just cant seem to find it.
