Getting error while downloading the asset in prod environment.

Hi,

 

Getting error while downloading the renditions of mp4 file in our projects prod environment.

 

And this is issue happens for random mp4 files not for all. When we check in inbox it shows this message. 

 

 

Also, when we check in logs this error message is shown regarding distribution agent.

Quite not sure why is issue is happening randomly. Please let me know what is cause of the issue and if there's any solution for this.

Check the permissions that with which user you are downloading the assets.

Error says not enough rights for https://samsclub.brand-portal.adobe.com/libs/sling/distribution/services/importers/default.

 

SO I suggest make changes to your permissions and try again.

SO I suggest make changes to your permissions and try again.

    Can you attach the log from error.log file? Also can you check your perms to that folder?

      Hi @keerthana_h_n ,

      Does not look like to be a permission issue, as this is happening intermittently.

      Can you please confirm below points:

      Is your author behind dispatcher?

      Is the issue happening for large files? Are you able to download smaller files?

        @keerthana_h_n The asset could be locked or something via some integration/operation being done on the same asset.
