Geting Error while running IIS with Dispatcher

When I added New Site on IIS and browse it, I am getting below error msg. Please suggest what can be the reason.

do send the back end logs.?

Looks like as per the screenshot IIS is not correctly configured and pointed to origin (publish server.)
