Get service credentials as JKS file

Hi All,

We have generated service credentials as mentioned in https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/getting-started-with-aem-headless/authentication/service-credentials.html?lang=en#

However, we are trying to integrate AEM with Pega. While integrating, it is expecting us to upload service credentials as JKS file.

Can anyone let help us in getting service credentials as JKS file?

Thanks,

Lavanya

@lmalyala I believe we do not required that step as there isn't any specific url.

Hi @lmalyala,

Please visit this article [0] to generate Java KeyStore from JSON which you are getting from Adobe IMS Org administrator, then do your next process.

[0]: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/tokyo-servicenow-platform/page/administer/virtual-agent/task/generate-jks-from-json-dialogflow.html

Hope that helps!

Hi @santoshsai - Thanks for the quick response.

Steps #5 and #6 in https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/tokyo-servicenow-platform/page/administer/virtual-agent/task/generate-jks-from-json-dialogflow.html tells that:

In a web browser, open the URL that is listed in the JSON file for the client_x509_cert_url parameter.

We do not have anything client_cert_url parameter in our case. Our sample response can be seen here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/getting-started-with-aem-headless/authentication/service-credentials.html?lang=en#
Hence, not really sure on how to create certificate.pem file.
Thanks,
Lavanya
