Hi Adobe Staff,
I understand Adobe LiveCycle is outdated, but would appreciate any help/insight as to why this error is received when generating a form. This LiveCycle runs in WebLogic, and the form templates are kept in the same server's file system.
This error is received when generating a PDF using LiveCycle, and including an static PDF located in a different server. These two PDFs are then emailed to user.
The 'Details' button shows the below exception followed by the list of .dll files.
************** Exception Text **************
DexFlow.Framework.DXException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at CMModule.CMStorage.GetLockFilePath(ContentID cmid, StorageMediaBase tmedia)
at CMModule.CMStorage.UnlockContentFiles(ContentID cmid, StorageMediaBase tmedia)
at CMModule.CMStorage.CommitSessionCopy(Int64 sessionId)
at CMModule.CMStorage.FinishSession(Int64 sessionId)
at CMModule.CMModule.CloseSession(CNETInputKeeper i_pInputKeeper, CNETOutKeeper o_pOutKeeper)
at CMBase.CMModuleBase.ProcessEx(CNETInputKeeper i_pInputKeeper, CNETOutKeeper o_pOutKeeper)
Is it possible any of these .dll files is corrupted? How to identify which of these files are impacted, and how to fix it?
On clicking the 'Continue' button the following error message is displayed.
Error 500--Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
Thanks in advance for any help on this.
