Folder specific metadata

Hi There,

I am trying to add Folder Specific Metadata as explained in the following
documentation.

https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/administer/content/assets/metadata-schemas.html#Applying folder-specific metadata

I am able to create a new metadata form by copying an existing one and able to add a new field
but not able to apply the new metadata form to a folder as mentioned in
step#7 of the above documnetation. Exact problem is that, I am not able to
select a folder and the done button never gets enabled to complete the step.
Is this a bug or I am missing something? When I click on the folder to select it, it opens up the folder

Also, could someone please tell me if we can package the changes we are making to metadata (Editing existing metadata form or Creating a custom metadata form let's say for a folder)

and deploy that package to different environments. Actually, after trying the above mentioned folder specific metadata change, I tried to edit an existing metadata for PDFs but could not locate the changed content (form field) in CRX DE. Not sure if we can create a package of this change and deploy it to various environments.

Thanks and Regards,
Deepak

Please have a look at this video :- https://kautuksahni.tinytake.com/sf/OTQzNzQxXzM5NjgzMjA

1. Select the Schema and click at Apply to Folder

2. By Default Asset is selected, click at correct (tick icon, left top). Now select the folder that you would like to select. Done button would come up.
