FileReference is not created for fileupload in aem 6.4

I want to upload 2 images using fileuoload in aem 6.4. I found only one fileReference created in content. Is there any solution to store 2 images using fileupload(not multifiled) in single dailog.

AFAIK, we can not do that. We have to use multi-field.

Example: Experiencing Adobe Experience Manager - Day CQ: AEM 62 - Touch UI Composite Image Multifield
