failed connection filezilla in mode "production"

I can not make the connection to transfer file to filezilla .

error:ssh_init: Host does not exist

@daf_2 You can check following things:
1. Connect VPN (if any required)

2. Use IP instead of Domain

Are you sure the address is correct? This error shows up when the address is incorrect. Please verify.
