Experience fragments are not working for remote SPA next js app

We have set up an SPA using next js and rest of the things are working fine
only experience-fragments are not working.

When we navigate to experience fragments master.html page, the page loads with all the default components but not the one that we have created mapping for at our end.
Our components are visible to drag as well and when we drag it is shown in its master.model.json as well but not on the browser window, due to which we are not able to edit/author any experience fragments.

Could anyone here provide any help or any existing documentation how to make experience fragments work for remote SPA Next Js application?
