Error while creating an Experience Manager System User

Hi,

 

I am having some Error while creating an Experience Manager System User on AEM 6.5. When I am specifying the UserID value to data and saving. It says Error:Missing permission to create intermediate authorizable folders.

Could anyone please help me out.
