Enhanced Smart Tags Feature Pack

We have setup Smart tags on our AEM instances and this is working great. We would like to now add Enhanced Smart tags. The steps to set this up seem the same but require us to install a feature pack. I can't find this feature pack in package share and the link on the docs goes to an error page:

Could somebody point me in the direction of this feature pack? I think the one I'm looking for is: cq-6.4.0-featurepack-21951

Also the 6.4 release notes docs are missing a page for 6.4 feature packs e.g. 6.3 has this page: AEM Feature Packs 6.3 and 6.4 does not seem to have these docs.
