Enabling Langauge copy access for authors in AEM Cloud author instance

Hi Team,

 

we are using AEM as cloud service , User Group has been created in Admin console and same group has been added in AEM instance Authors group

now for all users , Langauge copy option is not enabled , do we need to add to another group ?

is this correct way to add Admin console user group to author instance group ? or can we directly provide permissions to admin console group as well ?

You can create user groups in author and add permissions accordingly .
