Kindly share a video tutorial on creating and using/authoring an Editable Template End to End Tutorial, preferably one tutorial.

This link is for creating a regular template and not Editable one.

For creating the Editable Template, developer does some things, Template Author does something additional and finally author uses it to create actual pages.

I am looking for a tutorial that covers all these in a single tutorial.
