Duplicate content on preview mode

Hi All

We are seeing duplicate content on preview mode. 

Issue: 

When we publish the XFs to preview though, we're now seeing double/repeating content on the preview page.

Anyone please guide me to resolve the issue.

Hi @Dirisenapu9 ,

I would suggest you to double check if component has been configured for 2 times, you can check that navigating them to JCR node structure in CRXDE.

This is happening on preview mode not on author mode. 
Verified on JCR there is no duplicate content.

we are on an AEM Cloud instance and we have not been granted any permission to view/access CRXDE. what other options are there?
