Dispatcher SSL not working

Hello All,

I have configured AEM6.2 with SSL and is working fine but after I configured dispatcher 4.2.1 as per link: https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/dispatcher/disp-ssl.html. From the documentation, I followed the steps mentioned in CONFIGURING DISPATCHER TO USE SSL but connection to https does not work and I see below messages in dispatcher log:

[Tue Feb 07 16:29:05 2017] [D] [pid 4781] Dispatcher initializing (build 4.2.1/apache2.4-darwin-x86-64) [Tue Feb 07 16:29:05 2017] [E] [pid 4781] /private/etc/apache2/dispatcher.any:34: SSL support not enabled, secure sockets not available. [Tue Feb 07 16:29:05 2017] [E] [pid 4781] No correct backend found in farm author

are there any other settings required apart from following:

1. A virtual host that handles HTTPS requests. 2. The renders section of the virtual host includes an item that identifies the host name and port of the CQ or AEM instance that uses HTTPS. 3. The renders item includes a property named secure of value 1.

Regards,

Nitin

Hi Brent,

The steps looks good to me.  Make sure the dispatcher.mod downloaded is correct one & ssl enabled .  If correct ssl dispatcher is downloaded then sounds like build issue please log a support case.

Thanks,

I'm having the same issue. Did you find a resolution?
