Dispatcher cache clear for Vanity pages

If we are using out of the box Vanity approach and we have not selected "Redirect Vanity" option, in that case we will have two different pages cache with single URL.

Do we have any mechanism to clear the cache when page is updated, the corresponding vanity pages dispatcher cache is also cleared? in our case we have front end Akamai cache also enabled, so on activation need to clear for sure Akamai.

Any suggestion on Dispatcher or akamai cache clear for all vanity URLs when associated page is activated? Anything OOTB or need to write custom code? any suggestion?
