Disable activate/deactive button in siteadmin console of AEM 6.5

Hi,

I have a requirement in which I need to disable activate/deactivate button in siteadmin console of AEM 6.5 for certain pages based on the user groups. So whenever user with that group tries to access that page he/she should not be able to click on activate/deactivate button.

Please help if possible.

When a user is assigned to a user group without replicate permissions, then the buttons will magically be removed from the touch UI.
