Dev Deployment stuck for hours || AEMaaCS Cloud manager

Hey our Dev deployment is stuck on this stage (PFA), I cannot cancel or re-run either, does any one have a solution for this? 
(I have raised an Adobe ticket already)

It can be reset by Adobe support team only , as we have limited visibility from internal infra perspective as this is SAAS .

You would have to wait for pipeline to fail. Most probably the pipeline will fail before Adobe would be able to respond.

    @b_sravan  Yes adobe ticket will help here

     

    but i recommand you also to check the Dev environment if distribution queue is stuck with replication ? (Mostly distribution queue should have been stuck due to replication  queue, Please clear or else wait for it to get it cleared automatically )

    And also check the build logs for any errors in it.
