Default distribution strategy of SlingJobs

Hi All,
What is a default behaviour of a sling Job in an AEMaaCS environment.
Are SlingJobs a singleton for a cluster by default? or is it distributed? when I have a process intensive code, I dont want that to run on more than one publisher pods at the same time. is it the default behaviour when put this code in a sling job and trigger using job manager?
how to make a job singleton/distributed?

SlingJobs are not singleton, they would be executed on all the publish instances.
