Day Care Support Portal Access

Hello Experts - We have an AEDP license subscription & access to AEM version 5.6.1 under this license. However, we dont have access to day care support portal with the valid Adobe Ids created for our organization. Due to this, we are not able to raise any support tickets/download certain packages etc.

Can you please urgently guide us on how to get access to Day care support portal?
