data format

Hi...when I make the "transfer file" to csv, some fields, adobe change the data format "text" to numeric.

for example , a workflow has the fiel "failured" and when I run the workflow, I can see for this field "not defined"...its works, but make the transfer file, and for the same field, now is "3"...how can i keep the original data format.
