DAM Image processing failing after Migration to 6.5

Hi All,

 

After migration to AEM 6.5.14, I am facing issues while uploading any of the image to DAM.

The images processing is not getting completed (renditions are not getting created) and it ends with following null pointer exceptions

 

 

Request you to suggest solution..!

Hi @sumit91 

Could you please verify if the same issue is coming in AEM Vanilla Instance(without any custom code) with SP14?

 

  • If the issue is coming there as well -> Raise an Adobe support ticket.
  • If the issue is not coming -> Debug your custom code if any custom code changes are breaking this.

@sumit91 I am thinking their should be some issue with your assets. Once restart and check. And also check if below scenario is useful for you

    we have checked this scenario, it wont work
