Customize pagetracker.js

Hi all!

We are working in a project to integrate analytics and assets/sites insights. AEM 6.4 and 6.5

The file pagetracker.js can be modified, extended or customized? the out of the box implementation for asset insights is only showing the asset id, but the business needs more information. Analytics team is suggesting editng this file. Is possible?
