custom property whenever a page is created

The requirement is to add a custom property whenever a page is created ,can anyone help me with this.

Here are steps to add a custom property on Create Page dialog:
- Check sling:resourceType of the Page
- Go to the component, and add the new property in cq:dialog of the component.
- Add property "cq:showOnCreate" to the field.
