custom Oauth provider config error

after following the documentation Social Login with LinkedIn - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (albinsblog.com) for linked in Oauth provider , I am getting error when invoking http://localhost:4502/j_Security_check.

error :

You don't have the user rights to view this page.

HTTP ERROR 403

Hi,

Did the service user is having access to create the new user in AEM ?

What are the errors you are seeing in the error.log ?

i gave necessary permission to service user as per doc, error log doesnt have anything, when invoked this url no new logs getting added in log files, i checked this in logs folder too in local instance, no updates to any log files.
