Custom Metadata fields not showing in Classic UI view

Hi all,

We have created some custom metadata fields by touch UI screen for jpeg images. Our client could see newly created metadata fields in touch UI screen view but he isnot able to see it in classic UI view. Are we missing anythings? Can anyone help us ? Are there separate method to add for classic view?

Yes the configuration for classic UI is different and has to be done separately.  See the "CREATING NEW METADATA PROPERTY FOR ASSETS" section in the following document-
