Custom Carousel Slide Show Social Share issue

Hello Team, 

I have created custom Carousel  for slide show for images. it is working fine and facing some issues with face book/twitter shares. The issue is that am not able to share particular image in slideshow. We are using OG meta tags for image shares. how i can update  my OG tags content with out refresh/reload page. I a have tried with JS and it is not reflecting.

Suggestion would be Appreciated   !!!!!

Yes .i have tried and that code is working fine in page reload. we are using image slide show. we are not using any page reload to show image slide show..
