Custom AEM Dam Media Handler

This is the error i get while trying to create a custom dam handler. How can it be resolved.

There is an issue with adobe Nexus repo, it is down

Adobe Public Repository (https://repo.adobe.com/nexus/content/groups/public) is not accessible
